Fork it Over: Peach and Radish salad

I've been trying to be a little more creative with my food choices, especially seeing as I'm getting deliveries of fresh produce every other week. I really have no excuse to just eat macaroni and cheese or Indian food delivery regularly.



Romaine lettuce, a freshly cut peach, one thinly sliced radish, salt and pepper, olive oil and white wine vinegar. It's not enough for an entire meal but as a salad course it was different and tasted like summer.
