Three by Four Challenge: Tazo Tea Madeleines

Well, not every attempt can be a success, Bloggees. Case in point, my Tazo Tea Madeleines adapted from this recipe. Please keep in mind, I have successfully created BATCHES UPON BATCHES of incredible (so humble, this Blogger) chocolate Madeleines. I know what I'm doing! It's just that those times, I used all the "normal" ingredients instead of substituting "Truvia baking blend" for real sugar. So, oops.



So, the problem with having burned-on-the-outside, semi-raw-on-the-inside Madeleines is that you can't actually eat them. Note to self: never try cooking with healthy, fake-sugar again. Just use real sugar. For everything. From now on. Forever.
