Cowgirl Creamery Breakfast Sandwich

It's been a little hectic these days, what with the holidays and rushing around to different document review jobs. Well, alright, the rushing was mostly this morning, for my first job this month, but hey! Details. 

I've also been working hard on my Etsy shop, EARTHQUAKE / STATE / DESIGNS. I've been trying to update the logo, take decent product pictures, come up with new designs so there's enough variety, etc. Trying to get this puppy off the ground! Which...is difficult. But rewarding, and worth it. I'm still proud of myself for making it happen before the end of the year since this was one of my goals for 2012. 

So until I have time for a more in-depth post about what's been going on in real life, here's a real life view of this breakfast sandwich I had the other day going home on the ferry. It's from Cowgirl Creamery, and it was amazing. Baguette, Gruyère cheese, egg, and sautéed mushrooms. That's right.
