Fork It Over: Baked Parmesan Tomatoes
I'm still here! Still cooking, still living the life. And by living I mean working. And by the life I mean my little fingers off so I can make my credit card payments. But that's ok! That's how it goes.
Here's a recipe I saw on Pinterest that almost blew up my boyfriend's oven. No biggie.

...Olive oil. This is the part that makes the oven smoke if it drips at all - watch out!
