A little prep in my step.

As much as I may have some things figured out (snort), it turns out that I am still undergoing an identity search... of the fashion variety.

I have a couple of reactions when I'm shopping for clothes and happen upon something of a questionable nature (too many colors, too bright, sequin-covered, corny sayings, etc.)

Either I think it's hideous and put it down, or I immediately proclaim, "I need this, just for life!" That's basically my fashion philosophy: if something is outrageous enough, you'llnever know when you could need it.

I'm still on the search for the perfect sequined mini skirt.
