Happy Pi Day everyone! Hopefully there will be pie at lunch to commemorate this occasion. Oh, also, I'm linking up with the lovely Lauren Elizabeth, as always. Untitled Untitled Untitled Untitled Untitled

The past week has been a whirlwind, let me tell you! In the past seven days, I...

1. Drove to Carmel for Lily's birthday weekend, where 10 of us hiked, cooked, and bonded (for lack of a better term, I do think there was some bonding!) Saturday and Sunday.

2. Went to lunch in downtown Carmel after spending a couple of hours relaxing on the beach. And by relaxing, I mean, we took copious pictures of the adorable dogs running all over the place - adorable until one peed on Jade's shoes and bag! Yes, really happened. Poor Jade.

3. Celebrated both of my roommates' birthdays in style! Wednesday we went to Dr. Teeth for Leslie's big birthday bash (I like alliteration) and ate delicious tater tots while spending the gorgeous night out on the bar's back patio. It's been so beautiful in SF lately!

4. Read more of Jeeves and the Wedding Bells, my book club's pick for this month. It's making me want to go back and reread the original PG Wodehouse series.

5. Saw the Advanced Screening of the Veronica Mars movie! I have long been a fan of the show and was so excited to see the movie a day early... and it was, truly, everything I had hoped for and more. The inside jokes placed surreptitiously throughout the script for fans of the original show were hilariously timed, but the plot and script was quick and snarky enough that even new fans will enjoy it I think. I highly highly recommend seeing it!

What did you do this week?
