Wearables | Kelly Kapowski Hair
New life lesson: sometimes it's fun to wear outfits that can double as Halloween costumes and see if anyone questions your choices.
I call this the "Kelly Kapowski." Well, it's not as Kelly Kapowski as some kind of beach-bikini-surf outfit, or a pair of overalls over a bandeau top, or converse sneakers and a crop top sweatshirt, but hey, you do what you can. Or, rather, I do what I can without looking like I'm wearing an actual costume. A little bit of teased hair, some peep toe pumps, a fitted skirt - all elements of Kelly's style that can actually be brought into 2014 with some modicum of dignity!
This is getting rambly, isn't it?
Point being, I feel just a bit 80s in this outfit, but without looking absurd. I think? I hope?
Help me out here people.
ps - I love love love this sweatshirt. I actually think I wear it too often, but until someone says something, it's staying in my weekly rotation. You hear that? Weekly! Rotation!
