High Five for Friday: 03/07

Linking up with Lauren Elizabeth! Here's how my week went:

1. Watched - the Oscars! I was disappointed Chiwetel Ejiofor didn't win for Best Actor, but overall I was pleased with the results. And of course I love Ellen DeGeneres! Did you watch?

2. Knit - a new cowl this weekend. I love this deep navy color (as you can maybe tell from this outfit post) and I hope to make lots more navy things in the future. And more cowls. Just more of everything!

3. Treated myself - to a scone and a coffee two days in a row from one of my favorite cafés! I'm trying to cut back on my spending but sometimes you just need a delicious walnut rosemary scone to start your day...

4. Wore - my underused rainboots because it rained! I love when that happens.

5. Photographed - some kumquats at work. What a joyful snack.
